Over the years, Mr. Zucker has represented thousands of people going through the trauma, disruption, and emotional upheaval of divorce and custody matters. While always appropriately aggressive in his representation, Mr. Zucker has the negotiating and diplomatic skills to settle most cases in a manner favorable to his client's needs. He also has many years trying divorce and custody cases when the case cannot be settled. Susan Harmon joined the firm several years ago and, since that time, has handled countless divorce, custody, support and visitation matters, both herself and in conjunction with Howard Zucker.

In an effort to better serve our family law clients, the firm will determine, with the consent of the client, which attorney will have primary responsibility for their matter. This is usually based on complexity, cost, and client preference. As with all the firm does, cases are reviewed on a regular basis by all members of the firm, including the paralegal staff, so as to provide the best representation in the most financially efficient manner. While the firm will delegate certain aspects of case preparation to the paralegals for cost effectiveness, no effort will be spared to obtain the best possible result for all of our clients.

The firm is well known to most judges, magistrates, forensic accountants, special advocates, and children's representatives in the Denver Metropolitan area. Zucker and Harmon, P.C. handles cases throughout the Denver Metropolitan area, as well as Aspen and throughout the state of Colorado.

Our attorneys are very aware of the impact divorce proceedings have upon the parties and, particularly upon minor children. While the firm approach is aggressive when necessary, the wishes of the client and the best interests of any minor children are paramount.
